WaveRider Core Replacement (Refurbishment)
Continue with the use of your WaveRider after it has expired. How do you know if your WaveRider has reach its end of life? There will be two red lights. See our FAQ section Q8 here
Once your WaveRider has expired, you can choose the option to continue getting the benefits of protection from EMF radiation by replacing its internal core part and send it for refurbishment to the WaveRider headquarter based out of Singapore.
The WaveRider Core Part consist of the US Patented polymeric material. It is this material that vibrates when "excited", releasing a set of low, organic frequencies. As with all materials, they have a "fatigue" point. Therefore, the WaveRider core part has to be replaced after the usage time of 17,520 hours is used up.
WaveRider Core Part Replacement is inclusive of return shipping.
For replacement, please follow the following steps:
1. Place an order here and we will contact you to arrange for pickup of your WaveRider. This will take roughly 5 working days.
2. All necessary documents from DHL will be sent to you, please provide a valid email address as well as home address. We do not collect from or deliver to PO boxes. Do check your junk email as well.
3. Pack your WaveRider into its original box or a box no larger than 28cm x 18cm x 14cm. Ensure that the device is well protected. Please do not place the WaveRider or the box holding the WaveRider into a flexible plastic bag as this will incur additional cost which will have to be covered by you. Additional delivery cost for boxes larger than the stated dimensions will also be charged to you.
4. We will arrange the date and time of collection for DHL to pick up and inform you.
5. Upon receiving your WaveRider, we will proceed with the replacement of the core part and its refurbishmnent. This process will take 3 - 4 weeks.
6. Once process is completed, your WaveRider will look as good as new and we will arrange for shipment back to you via DHL.
Note: We do not send back the old core part. However, please contact us for more information if you would like to have it.
